This project presents 5 design proposals on Åstol, which together increase resilience on the island. The proposal that has received the most focus is the conversion of the existing boathouses into flexible and multifunctional spaces. The other proposals include a generational home, a social hub, an activity house and a sauna. This project is about understanding what makes a society sustainable and resilient in applying these principles to Åstol.
