SWOT - ANALYSIS
In the third sub-task, we summarized what we came to in the previous sub-tasks in a joint SWOT analysis. SWOT stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). We examined the conditions for a positive and sustainable development in the areas. The starting point for the SWOT analysis was the conditions for a positive and sustainable local development where strengths and weaknesses relate to existing systems and aspects, while opportunities and threats must be seen as external influences.
A SWOT was made for each location and highlighted similarities and differences between their different conditions. Both in relation to their existing aspects and how external influences can be seen in relation to the ambition for sustainable local development.
