The foundation is designed to address Vajern's critical challenges of stagnant growth and an aging population by acting as a catalyst for urban regeneration. Inspired by the role of universities as anchor institutions and agents of urban renewal, this initiative aims to create a sustainable ecosystem that drives both social and economic development by introducing a painting-focused graduate school to attract younger populations, families, and artists. The design of the foundation art school is deeply rooted in the natural elements of Vajern's unique environment. The revelation and amplification of the landscape through our intervention act as a catalyst for the artistic inspiration.
